I’ve known Jaden for ten years now, since 2011. Back then, I got to know him through a promotional call. I met Jaden outside Woodlands MRT station some 10 plus years ago. He approached me with a 5 years payment plan with Prudential. He was so pleasant and precise with his explanation and he answered everyone of my (unlimited) questions, with enthusiasm. I was convinced! I like to tell people that I met Jaden under rather serendipitous circumstances more than ten years ago. I remembered then that he was doing a road show at Raffles Place and I was on my way back from lunch, when he stopped me wanting to have a chat about financial planning and insurance. I normally don't stop for such chats, but somehow Jaden radiated such genuine sincerity that I did end up stopping and we ended up having a good conversation about this topic, which then led to follow up meetings and in fact, many meetings thereafter. Over the years, Jaden has been my go-to financial consultant for all matters relating to financial planning as well as insurance. I like working with him because he's very methodical in his approach. He takes a very genuine interest in his client's needs and then proceeds to recommend products that he finds to be genuinely suitable for his clients. It’s not just about the product recommendation, it's also about the follow up service thereafter. He's always just a phone call away. Most recently, I had some questions regarding the medical claims for my parents, and he assured me that the entire process was going to be easy and fuss-free, and he was actually guiding me along on the claims. It did turn out to be easy and fuss-free which to be quite honest, surprised me because in my mind, claiming for insurance was a complicated matter, but it was in fact really simple. So I was glad to have him helping me along the way, and I was glad that he was there to give advice as well. And yet to me, he remains the same humble and steadfast person that I met those many years ago. I met Jaden when I was invited to play for the soccer team he was in. During that time I had little impression of him and went to New Zealand thereafter to pursue my career. I came back to Singapore in year 2018 for a family visit and was looking to sign on for an insurance policy, my brother in law recommended me to Jaden and without hesitation I signed up for the policies he recommended.
